The awards will be judged only based on the supporting documents you submit.

The supporting documentations can be – URL, annual report, promotional material, website, online portfolio, brochure/presentation of your company, or any kind of documents that is related to the projects you have completed or ongoing projects or your client list or any other document which will be helpful.

Yes, the Nomination is free of cost, you may submit up to 5 Categories.

Yes, there is a registration fee to participate in the event to collect the award, for the registration fee please email ibrahim@ibmarawards.com

The deadline for nominations is 26th June 2025. Please ensure your submissions are received by this date to be considered.

The awards will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA). The specific venue details will be provided closer to the event.

The awards ceremony is scheduled for 9th October 2025. Mark your calendars!
